On October 11, Zhao Hesheng, deputy director of the cadre Education Department of the Harbin Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, Song Xinhua, third-level chief staff member of the cadre Education Department of the Harbin Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, Xing Yan, fourth-level researcher of the academic Affairs Department of the Harbin Municipal Party Committee, Hao Peng, executive vice minister of the Songbei District Party Committee Organization Department, and Shen Guanghui, first-level chief staff member of the District Party Committee Organization Department, visited Graphite Valley.
