On May 8, 2019, Wang Weizhong, deputy secretary of the Guangdong Provincial CPC Committee and secretary of the Shenzhen Municipal CPC Committee, led a Shenzhen delegation to Harbin for a two-day inspection to further promote counterpart cooperation between Shenzhen and Harbin. Wang Zhaoli, member of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and other leaders of Harbin City accompanied the inspection. The delegation used one day to visit industrial parks, high-tech enterprises and universities in Harbin.
